Tentative Itinerary

 

Day 01: Arrival & Transfer to hotel, PM Dhaka sightseeing
Our guide will meet and receive you at Dhaka airport. Transfer to hotel and if time permits we’ll offer Dhaka sightseeing including with the visit of National Parliament building, Lalbagfort and Dhaka University area. Overnight Dhaka.

 

Day 02: Full Day Dhaka City Tour
Morning after breakfasts enjoy fascinating Dhaka city tour. Visit the most interesting sites like Majestic Pink Palace, Lalbag Fort built in 1678 during Mughol Dynasty and the Famous Dhakeshweri Mandir (Hindu Temple), Curzon Hall, Shahid Minar, National Mosque, Star Mosque etc. On your return visit the National assembly building, the most distinctive building in Asia and the wonderful architectural accomplishment of famous architect Luis I Kahn of USA. Overnight Dhaka.

 

Day03: Dhaka-Bogra, Mahasthangar Sightseeing
Morning drive to Bogra (200 km, 5 hrs), En- route visit the traditional weaving village at Sirajgong. Upon arrival Bogra visit Mahasthangarh-considered the oldest city of Bangladesh dates back to at least 3 rd century BC. Visit citadel, Govido vita, and museum and surroundings archaeological site. Overnight Bogra.

 

Day 04: Bogra-Dinajpur, Paharpur World Heritage Sightseeing 
Morning scenic drive to Dinajpur (165 km, 4 hrs), En-route visit the world heritage site Sompura vihara- the single largest monasteries south of Himalayas. Visit the surroundings archaeological site along with museum. Afterwards drive to Dinajpur and on arrival visit the Dinajpur Raj bari, Durga temple, Krishna temple, village market. Overnight Dinajpur.

 

Day 05: Dinajpur-Rangpur, Kantanagar Sightseeing  
Morning Visit the Katnanagar Temple- stunning piece of religious art work and one of the most impressive hindu monuments in Bangladesh built in 1752 by Raja Pran Nath. Afterwards drive to Rangpur (90 km, 2 hrs). Sightseeing at local village, markets, agricultural work. Overnight at Rangpur.

 

Day 06: Rangpur-Bogra, Cruise on Brahmaputra 
Morning visit Tajhat Palace-one of the finest Rajbaris in Bangladesh, Kali Temple-used actively for worship. Afterwards excursion drives (107 km, 2.30 hrs) to Bogra. After fresh up and lunch we’ll take you to Sariakandi Ghat and take a traditional wooden boat and cruise on Jamuna (Brahmaputra River) visit Char (large sandbank island) and have unique experience about their life style. Overnight Bogra.

 

Day 07: Bogra-Rajshahi, Puthia Sightseeing 
Morning drive to (110 Km, 2.30 hrs), En-route visit the delightful little village Puthia one of the shinning highlight’s of north Bengal with wonderful terracotta temple, Rajbari. Enjoy the panoramic sun set from the bank of the river Padma (Ganges River). Evening visit the silk emporium. Overnight hotel in Rajshahi.

 

Day 08: Rajshahi-Kushtia, Folk Culture 
Early Morning visit river Ganges, markets, local villages. Afterwards drive to Kushtia (120 km/3 hrs) photography on Crops harvesting, agriculture fields, river side interesting works etc. Upon arrival visit shrine of Lalon Shah -one of the most famous legend folk singer and experience the traditional folk singing. Overnight hotel in Kushtia.

 

Day 09: Kushtia-Khulna, Kuthi Bari 
Morning Kushtia sightseeing including Kuth bari- the former residence of Bengalis most famous poet Rabindranath Tagore. Afterwards drive to Khulna (128km/03hrs) through green country side. Khulna sightseeing. Overnight at hotel in Khulna.

 

Day 10: Sundarbans 
Early in the morning at around 06:00hrs, transfer to our waiting cruiser at forest jetty Mongla, at 07:00am sharp the boat will start cruising towards the Sundarbans Forest. Arrive Kotka wildlife sanctuary at around 1600hrs. Upon arrival hiking in the Kotka forest area to see wildlife and forest. Back to the boat in the evening. Overnight on the boat.

 

Day 11: Sundarbans
Early in the morning we shall offer trip through small creeks and canals by country boat to see the wildlife and feel the forest from very close. After breakfast Jungle walk, walking through the Forest trail to the beach etc will be offered. At around 12:00hrs start cruising towards Kochikhali wildlife sanctuary, upon arrival Jungle walk near forest office. Bar – B – Q dinner and overnight on the boat at Kochikhali.

 

Day 12: Sundarbans- Khulna
Early in the morning we shall offer trip through small creeks and canals by country boat, back to the boat for breakfast and some other activities near forest office. After lunch disembark from the boat Khulna and transfer to Khulna.

 

Day 13: Morolganj-Dhaka by Paddle wheel Rocket & Cruise on Ganges Delta
Early morning transfer to Morolganj and board in to the Rocket steamer & start cruise at 09:30 hrs. The famous paddle wheel steamer (now converted from steam to marine diesel engine) on ward to Barisal river port for full day cruise. Rivers are the lifeblood of Bangladesh. More than 700 of them crisscross the country, and travelling along them by paddle wheel rocket steamer will give you the best chance for life style photograph. Overnight in 1 st cabin in the rocket steamer.

 

Day 14: Dhaka, Museum Trip 
Morning arrive Dhaka and transfer to hotel. After fresh up and rest well offer you Dhaka trip including with the visit of National museum, Liberation war museum, Arong-uniqe handicrafts shop. Overnight Dhaka.

 

Day 15: Dhaka-Srimongal, Sonargaon Sightseeing  
Morning scenic drive ( 200 km, 4.5 hrs) towards Srimangol through green Country Side. En-route visit Sonargaon (Golden City) the old capital of Bengal from 13 th -17 th century After check in and fresh up we’ll offer half day sightseeing including with the visit of tea garden, Monipuri tribal village. Evening we’ll organise tribal dance program. Overnight Srimangal.

 

Day 16: Srimongal 
Morning trekking at Lawachara rain forest for wild Life and tribal village. Visit ethnic tribal village Khasia Purnji inside the rain forest. Afterwards visit Madhabpur Lake, tea processing centre (if got permission), Tripura tribal village. Evening enjoy the sun set at Baika Beel (wet land). Overnight Srimongal.

 

Day 17: Srimongal- Sylhet, Tamabil & Jaflong Sightseeing 
Morning excursion drive (90 km, 2.5 hours) to Sylhet. En-route visit madhabkundu water fall, Tea gardens. After lunch visit Tamabil and Jaflong. Overnight Sylhet.

 

Day 18: Sightseeing at Ratargul Swamp Forest, Sylhet Excursion 
Morning transfer to Ratargul Swamp forest for Sightseeing. Return to Sylhet in the afternoon and visit the Shrine of Sufi Saint Hazrat Shah Jalal, enjoy the beautiful sun set from the bank of Surma River. Overnight Sylhet.

 

Day 19: Fly from Sylhet to Chittagong connecting from Dhaka, Chittagong Sightseeing 
Transfer to Sylhet airport around 11.30 am and fly towards Chittagong connecting from Dhaka. Arrive Chittagong around 3.30. Receive from Chittagong airport and short sightseeing including patenga sea beach. Overnight Chittagong.

 

Day 20: Chittagong-Rangamatti, Tribal Life & Culture 
Morning visit Shrine of Bayazid Bostami, where evil spirits were turned to turtles by a local saint. Afterwards to Rangamati hill district which is 77km distance from Chittagong. En-route visit the tribal village, tribal market and traditional agricultural work. After fresh up have a walk to the hanging bridge and Chakma village. Overnight.

 

Day 21: Kaptai Lake Cruise
After early breakfast we will offer you the most fascinating boat cruise in the Kaptai Lake with its splendid setting of lush landscape and scenic grandeur. The journey through the Suvolong point and entering into the widest part of lake will be an amazing experience which is more exciting than that of Kashmir valley. Lunch with traditional tribal food . The boat journey through the vast expanse (spreading over 680sq. km.) of crystal clear water flanked by hills and evergreen dense forest with rich tribal villages temples and tribal markets. Evening visit the  tabalchari handicrafts market. Overnight Rangamatti.

 

Day 22: Rangamatti-Bandarban, Tribal Culture & Cruise on Sangu River
After breakfast start journey to the hill district Bandarban. On the way to Bandarban you will visit  Moorong tribal villages, traditional market and their handicrafts. After lunch you may go for a cruise to the Sangu River and walk to the tribal village including trekking. Overnight at Bandarban

 

Day 23: Badarban, Nilgiri Sightseeing
Morning we’ll drive to Nilgiri peak though beautiful hilly roads. En-route visit tribal village, school, tribal market. Sightseeing at chimbuk hilltop, Shailpropat and Nilgiri. Overnight Bandarban.

 

Day 24: Bandarban- Cox’sbazar 
After breakfast visit the famous golden Buddhist temple at Zadi hilltop, the most ornamented Buddhist temple in Bangladesh. In the afternoon drive to Cox’s Bazar. Arrive Cox’s Bazar in the evening. Dinner & overnight at Cox’s Bazar.

 

Day 25: Cox’sbazar, Inani & Himchari Sightseeing  
After breakfast visit the unspoiled coral stone Inani sea beach and Himchari beach of golden sands, towering cliffs in the backdrop of panoramic chain of hills covered with evergreen forest return to Cox’s Bazar. Lunch a sea side restaurant. Afternoon free for beach activities or beach market Shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 26: Cox’sbazar-Saintmartin, Coral Beach 
After early breakfast start for Teknaf by AC coach the road journey down to Teknaf. The southern trip of Bangladesh will be very much enjoyable with the panoramic hills & forests. Reach Teknaf and avail the sea truck to reach St. Martin by 3 hrs. long cruising the panoramic blue water of Bay of Bengal bordering the south-eastern side by the Myanmar high hill ranges. After reaching St. Martin Island you will be accommodated in a resort. The natural surroundings of this remote island are considered as the paradise for the nature loving tourists. After lunch enjoy the virgin coral beach and pass leisure time or go for snorkeling in crystal clean blue water. The marine life of the Island with different type of sea fishes, shrimps, lobster, king crabs and different type of sea turtles will be of great attraction for the tourists. Overnight at resort.

 

Day 27: Sainmartin-Cox’s Bazar, Cheradip Island 
In the morning we shall undertake a short cruise by trawler boat to reach Cheradeep a small island which is very attractive for rich marine life, shells, pearl and corals. After lunch we shall avail a trawler to reach Teknaf & onward to Cox’s Bazar. Overnight stay at Cox’s Bazar.

 

Day 28: Cox’s Bazar- Dhaka 
Morning free for personal activities. On time transfer to Cox’s Bazar airport and fly back to Dhaka. Pick up from airport and transfer to hotel. We’ll offer Dhaka Shopping trip and overnight.

 

Day 29: Departure Transfer 
On time departure transfer.
